Bringing your baby home is a sacred and life-changing moment. Yet behind the sweetness are sleepless nights, round-the-clock feedings, and a body that is still healing. When exhaustion sets in, even joyful moments can feel heavy.
My role is to help parents feel confident, supported, and cared for as they welcome their newest family member.Through personalized support and evidence-based guidance, I help families navigate the early days with greater ease and confidence.
While working in the NICU, many parents asked me to continue supporting them after bringing their baby home. That’s when I realized how important it is to guide families not only in clinical settings, but also in the comfort of their own homes — helping them feel confident, supported, and at ease.
My work is supported by education and training from recognized institutions in newborn and postpartum care.
